Exalta Group in Bethlehem, PA is seeking a Production Planner to develop and optimize production schedules for medical devices. You’ll coordinate with Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering and Quality to align capacity, material availability and customer demand.

The successful candidate is highly organized, analytical, and proactive in identifying constraints, resolving scheduling issues, and driving improvements in on-time delivery, inventory control, and production efficiency.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years in production planning, scheduling or materials management.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and Excel.
• Strong organizational, analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain detailed production schedules based on demand, inventory, and capacity.
• Translate orders and forecasts into actionable production plans.
• Monitor progress and adjust schedules for changes and shortages.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain to align priorities.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive improvements for on-time delivery and inventory control.
