Job summary

Alleima, in Palm Coast, FL, is seeking a Manufacturing Planner to plan and monitor on-site production, ensuring on-time delivery and optimal use of labor and equipment. You will develop production schedules using ERP/MRP data and coordinate with multiple teams to resolve bottlenecks and scheduling issues.

The role requires strong Excel skills, understanding of manufacturing planning, and the ability to adapt plans in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• You bring strong understanding of manufacturing operations, planning, scheduling, and production control.
• You are comfortable using ERP/MRP systems to analyze data and make decisions.
• You have strong Microsoft Excel skills for working with operational data.
• You communicate clearly across functions and balance priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• You have a high school diploma or GED; additional education in related fields is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and monitor manufacturing activities to meet customer requirements and optimize labor and equipment use.
• Develop, maintain, and adjust production schedules using ERP/MRP data and capacity info.
• Schedule production based on demand, stocking needs, material availability, and priorities.
• Monitor progress, identify bottlenecks, shortages, and delivery risks.
• Collaborate with Production, Sales, Purchasing, Quality, Engineering to resolve issues.
• Communicate lead times and schedule changes to stakeholders.
• Maintain planning metrics, monitor open orders, and coordinate corrections as needed.
• Support continuous improvement of ERP functionality, planning processes, and lead times.
