Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with assembly, testing and the documentation of mechanical and electrical devices.
• Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills are required.
• Willingness to undertake various tasks and adapt to unexpected situations within dynamic company environment.
• Medical device manufacturing experience preferred.
• Good hand eye coordination and manual dexterity required.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Assemble plastic and metal components into medical devices using approved procedures.
• Utilize hand tools, microscopes, and measurement equipment to assemble and record results.
• Review BOMs, work orders, and drawings; document results and recordkeeping.
• Perform variety of operations including soldering, crimping, and mechanical assembly as needed.
• Maintain clean room and work area; adhere to safety and GMP practices.
• Inspect and communicate quality or process issues to leadership.
