Qualifications

• Undergraduate student enrolled in a manufacturing, Industrial, mechanical, electrical, or biomedical engineering four-year degree program entering their third year.
• Eligible for a co-op term starting Jan 2027 with 40 hours/week work.
• Must be able to work in Eden Prairie, Minnesota on site.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design, development, and improvement of manufacturing processes and for medical device systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process enhancements and quality improvements.
• Participate in root cause analysis and problem‑solving to address manufacturing issues.
• Execute and support continuous improvement projects to optimize manufacturing performance and reduce waste.
• Assist in creating and maintaining manufacturing documentation, including work instructions and SOPs.
• Collaborate with engineering to design and implement assembly aids and test fixtures.
