Job summary

Actalent seeks a Manufacturing Coordinator in Saint Paul, MN to support design, development, and production of medical device technologies. You will coordinate manufacturing activities across functions, maintain quality standards, and drive efficiency in a collaborative team environment.

This onsite role focuses on planning, sourcing, and communicating with engineering, quality, and HR to ensure on-time delivery and compliant operations. Contract-to-Hire opportunity with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a 2-year degree in a related field.
• Minimum of 2+ years of manufacturing or related experience.
• Experience in ISO-certified environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule manufacture to ensure timely, efficient production.
• Support Manufacturing and QA to maintain quality and compliance.
• Define and revise policies to improve effectiveness and consistency.
• Oversee procurement and allocate resources to meet demand.
• Coordinate shipments and receive materials for operations.
• Identify and address process/equipment needs with Eng and QA.
• Collaborate with customer service and shipping for domestic/international delivery.
• Enter and track data in Vantage ERP for planning and inventory.
• Work with HR to hire, train, and manage performance of associates.
• Manage multiple projects, set plans, monitor timelines, report progress.
