Job summary

Experis Technology Group is seeking a Sr. Manufacturing Engineer for a world-class medical device capital equipment manufacturer in St. Paul, MN.

You will join the manufacturing engineering team to support continuous improvement and new product introductions. The ideal candidate has 3-5+ years in manufacturing engineering, strong RCPS, Lean, and cross-functional collaboration skills, and the ability to navigate FDA/QMS/EMS/OSHA environments.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience with strong analytical and project management skills.
• Lean fundamentals including 5S, time study and value stream mapping.
• Ability to navigate FDA/QMS/EMS/OSHA requirements and related policies.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects that improve manufacturing constraints, including layout and material flow.
• Drive new product introductions bridging Manufacturing Engineering and Operations.
• Close process gaps via CAPAs and Production Excellence improvements.
• Apply RCPS to production-related challenges across manufacturing.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve productivity, quality, and lead time.
