Job summary

Keystone Solutions Group in Kalamazoo, MI is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support production of medical devices by maintaining and improving manufacturing equipment and documentation under QMS guidelines.

You will work with Engineering, Operations, Production, Supply Chain and QA to perform preventative and predictive maintenance, document activities, and drive root-cause analysis to minimize downtime while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 2 years of demonstrable mechanical aptitude or experience is required.
• Must be able to generate, follow and explain detailed maintenance and operating procedures.
• Must be able to analyze and correct complex equipment issues using independent judgment.

Responsibilities

• Performs preventative, predictive, and unscheduled maintenance to ensure equipment operates at peak efficiency with minimal downtime.
• Documents equipment related activities per QMS guidelines with detail to ensure integrity of equipment history.
• Reports equipment related metrics to stakeholders and management.
