Job summary

rms Company, part of the Cretex Medical family, seeks a Machine Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair manufacturing equipment in a compliant, 5S environment. You will help improve quality, productivity, and safety while engaging with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced facility.

The role requires 3 years of maintenance experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to sit/stand for extended periods. This first shift runs Monday through Friday, 6:30am–3:00pm, in Minnesota.

Qualifications

• 3 years of intermediate level machine maintenance experience.
• Self-motivated and capable of working in a team environment with minimal supervision.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and to lift 10-50lbs.
• Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and perform basic machinery repair.
• Install and align new machining equipment.
• Recommend improvements for quality or efficiency.
• Perform preventative maintenance per schedule.
• Work independently on moderate complexity projects.
• Accurately record and report hours worked.
• Support ISO and medical device requirements.
• Read, understand, and follow work instructions.
