Qualifications

• High school diploma required; some college preferred.
• 1–2 years relevant experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and SAP.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs several times a day.

Responsibilities

• Take calls for the department.
• Perform housekeeping tasks.
• Support internal and external customers.
• Quality review of orders before shipment.
• Familiar with domestic shipments.
• Use SAP, Lotus Notes, Microsoft tools.
• Book and route product with approved vendors.
• Receive items into finished goods inventory.
• Receive and transfer Human Tissue into freezers (Kennesaw).
• Assist with shipments for other departments.
• Support On-Call rotation.
• Charge Dry-Shippers (Kennesaw).
• Maintain adequate daily supplies.
• Receive and verify product into SAP.
• Enter batch per SOP.
• Ensure lot/expiry dates per procedure.
• Receive and re-stack product per SOP.
• Label all received products per procedure.
