Job summary

Instylla, Inc. in Bedford, MA seeks a Manufacturing Technician I to execute manufacturing activities including primary packaging, formulation and filling, and final packaging under SOP guidance.

You will support multiple product lines from general packaging to formulation and filling processes in a controlled environment. The role requires 1–3 years in medical device manufacturing, ability to read and follow process docs, and strong attention to detail with good communication.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of manufacturing experience in Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, or Biotechnology.
• Experience reading manufacturing documents such as work instructions, process routers, batch records, etc.
• Working knowledge of GMP and GDP practices.
• Clear and legible handwriting with good written/verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Work in an ISO Class 8 Cleanroom environment and glovebox/fume hood setup.
• Follow SOPs, equipment instructions, and work instructions to perform manufacturing tasks.
• Conduct in-process inspections to verify conformity to specifications and procedures.
• Adhere to GMP and Good Documentation Practices.
