Job summary

Solventum- is seeking a Field Service Representative in Phoenix, AZ. The role focuses on preparing, delivering, and maintaining medical device equipment for healthcare facilities, with emphasis on safety, documentation, and customer service.

A company vehicle is provided for on-site service and travel within the area. The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or GED, at least 1 year in customer-facing work, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing or service-related field.
• Ability to manage documentation and records accurately.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive a company vehicle.
• Proficient with MS Office and basic digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Prepare medical equipment for patient use, including disinfection and quality validation.
• Deliver and retrieve equipment to and from customer locations using a company vehicle.
• Assist with order management and accurate documentation.
• Track inventory and coordinate delivery and return of products.
• Provide responsive customer support and escalate issues as needed.
