Job summary

Baxter International Inc. is seeking a Field Service Technician I to ensure patient-ready products through cleaning, inspection, and repairs on a range of rental and customer-owned medical devices.

You will operate safely and professionally, with on-call duties to support critical moments in patient care. The role requires clinical awareness, the ability to travel to service centers and customer sites, and a commitment to Baxter's mission to Save and Sustain Lives.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Basic mathematical skills – addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot electronic, hydraulic and pneumatic systems in assigned products.
• Repair malfunctioning components on medical devices.
• Use appropriate tools to perform adjustments and repairs.
• Provide on-call coverage up to 24/7, including weekends and holidays.
