Haemonetics is seeking a Field Service Engineer to support Blood Management Centers and Hospitals in the Baltimore, MD area. The role involves on-site installation, preventive maintenance, repair, and basic system management within the local territory; travel up to 75% is expected.

The candidate will communicate effectively, perform troubleshooting, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure high customer satisfaction and successful contract renewals.

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field.
• Engineering degree or equivalent military experience acceptable.
• Ability to travel up to 75% of time.

Responsibilities

• Install, upgrade, repair, and maintain instrument systems in defined territory.
• Coordinate new system placements and contract renewals; interface with field and internal teams.
• Provide on-site technical guidance and training to customers.
• Manage service parts inventory and document all activities in the service tool.
