Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, biomedical engineering, nursing, or related field preferred.
• Interest in medical device sales and non-traditional clinical education experience.
• Willingness to work non-traditional hours, including early mornings and occasional evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Actively promote and sell disposable products within assigned territory and expand utilization in existing accounts.
• Begin workdays in the operating room to assist anesthesia teams with setup and ensure smooth integration of technology.
• Provide on-site and virtual education on hemodynamic parameters and AI-derived insights.
• Collaborate with Territory Managers to prioritize accounts and build long-term relationships.
• Identify underpenetrated care areas and drive adoption strategies for additional monitor placements.
