The role provides a base salary with commissions and a clear pathway to a Territory Manager position, with additional incentives and development opportunities as you grow in the medical device field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, biomedical engineering, nursing, or related field preferred.
• Interest in medical device sales; this role is sales-focused, not a clinical educator.
• Willingness to work non-traditional hours including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with multidisciplinary teams.
• Self-motivated, organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell disposable products within assigned territory.
• Assist anesthesia teams in OR setup and integration of technology during procedures.
• Provide on-site and virtual education on advanced hemodynamic parameters.
• Collaborate with Territory Managers to prioritize accounts and long-term relationships.
• Identify underpenetrated care areas and advocate adoption strategies.
• Schedule follow-ups, host educational events, and engage in post-work activities to maintain product relevance.
