Job summary

Stryker is seeking an Associate Sales Representative in San Francisco, CA, to support territory growth in medical device sales. You will partner with experienced colleagues to assist with clinical procedures, manage accounts, and educate healthcare staff across OR and office-based settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the assigned territory to customer sites and healthcare facilities.

Responsibilities

• Support territory growth by assisting with sales activities, account management, and customer engagement across the territory.
• Prepare for and support product evaluations, clinical procedures, and customer interactions in OR, office-based, and procedural care settings.
• Provide product support and education to surgeons, nurses, clinicians, and healthcare staff for appropriate use and positive experiences.
• Manage inventory levels, product availability, and case preparation within the territory.
• Track sales and territory activities, maintain account information, and support reporting requirements.
• Partner with Sales Representatives to identify business opportunities and support account development initiatives.
• Participate in product training and apply clinical knowledge to support customer education and engagement.
