Job summary

Mendaera, Inc. in San Mateo, CA, is hiring a Senior Manufacturing Technician to assemble, test, troubleshoot and support the production of complex electromechanical medical devices on the factory floor.

You will work with Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and R&D to resolve issues, train teammates, and maintain strict ESD and quality procedures. The role requires 5+ years in complex electromechanical device manufacturing and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate precision

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing of complex electromechanical assemblies and medical devices.
• Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail; experience in ESD environments.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, configure, calibrate, test, inspect, and package electromechanical devices.
• Complete production records and follow quality-system requirements.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide feedback on design and tooling.
• Escalate issues and work with Eng/QA to determine actions.
• Maintain compliance with ESD controls and safety practices.
