Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of engineering experience; medical device industry a plus.
• Lean Six Sigma experience a plus.
• Cleanroom manufacturing experience a plus.
• Proficiency with computers and engineering software.

Responsibilities

• Provide project management for capital and continuous improvement projects.
• Lead cross-functional teams to transfer new products to production.
• Investigate and solve manufacturing quality issues using root-cause analysis.
• Develop and execute design transfer, IQ/OQ/PQ protocols, and change controls.
• Mentor junior engineers on cGMPs and engineering best practices.
