Job summary

Acumed LLC in Hillsboro, OR seeks a Clean & Packaging Technician 1 to handle cleaning, labeling, and packaging of non-sterile and sterile medical devices. The role includes following procedures, supporting process improvements, and performing packaging steps per SAP routes.

Shifts run Monday to Thursday 5:00am–3:30pm. Candidates should have a high school diploma, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a manufacturing environment associated with Marmon Holdings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read and speak English sufficiently to understand and complete paperwork.
• Experience with basic computer software: Excel, Word & Outlook preferred.
• Packaging experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and maintain attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Identify product according to production order ticket and direct part marking.
• Identify equipment malfunctions and report needed repairs.
• Follow all written procedures and documentations.
• Support continuous process improvement activities.
• Complete process documentation per good documentation practices.
• Operate SAP route-based tasks as required.
• Ensure instruments are calibrated within range.
