Job summary

Acumed LLC, part of Marmon Holdings, is seeking a dedicated Clean & Packaging Technician to clean, print labels, and package non-sterile and sterile medical devices. Shift: Monday through Friday, 6:00am - 2:30pm.

You will follow procedures, support continuous improvement, and ensure accurate documentation. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, good communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisor.
• Ability to read and speak English sufficiently to understand and complete all paperwork.
• Ability to work independently.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Good organizational skills.
• Solid basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication and division).
• Familiarity with basic computer use: Experience with Excel, Word & Outlook preferred.
• Previous Packaging experience preferred.
• Ability to understand and follow line-clearance procedure.
• Self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• The Clean & Packaging Technician is responsible for cleaning, label printing, and packaging of both non-sterile and sterile medical devices.
• Shift: Monday through Friday, 6:00am - 2:30pm.
• Identifies product according to production order ticket and direct part marking.
• Identifies equipment malfunctions and reports needed repairs.
• Follows all written procedures.
• Promotes and supports continuous process improvement activities.
• Performs process documentation in accordance with good documentation practices.
• Performs additional processing steps as required by SAP route.
• Ensures calibrated instruments are within calibration range.
• Participates in training of new employees.
• Demonstrates regular and reliable attendance.
• Other duties as assigned.
