Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude demonstrated through testing or experience.
• Ability to read, write, interpret, and follow specifications.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations and use measuring devices.
• Ability to consistently meet daily production goals.
• Dexterity and manual precision are required.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Follow all established safety policies and GMPs.
• Assemble products, components, and subassemblies using machines or hand tools.
• Perform operations such as pressing, bonding, soldering, flaring, stripping, welding, mounting/takedown, and inspection.
• Gauge parts using go/no-go gauges and set fixtures as required.
• Meet daily production goals while building high-quality products to specification.
• Assist MOB Engineering with MRB investigations and ESM production.
• Support inventory accuracy with Production Clerks and material replenishment procedures.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance team performance.
• Willing to rotate among tasks and work extended hours as needed.
