Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing assembly or related field (medical device or regulated industry preferred).

Responsibilities

• Performs simple to moderately complex assembly functions using hand tools and fixtures.
• Operates basic production equipment safely and efficiently.
• Produces and inspects assemblies to ensure conformance to product specifications.
• Follows GMP, GDP, and applicable regulatory requirements (FDA, ISO).
• Maintains complete documentation of all assembly and test processes.
• Identifies and reports nonconforming materials, equipment issues, or process deviations to supervisor or engineering.
• Maintains a safe and clean working environment per company policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
