Job summary

Nihon Kohden Orange Med is seeking a Manufacturing Technician I to support medical device production. You will perform assembly tasks, document processes, and ensure compliance with GMP, GDP and regulatory standards in a fast-paced team environment.

The role requires a high school diploma and 1–3 years of manufacturing assembly experience (medical device or regulated industry preferred). May involve standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–3 years of manufacturing assembly experience, medical device or regulated industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs simple to moderately complex assembly functions using hand tools and fixtures.
• Operates basic production equipment safely and efficiently.
• Produces and inspects assemblies to meet specifications.
• Follows GMP, GDP and regulatory requirements (FDA/ISO).
• Maintains complete documentation of all assembly and test processes.
• Identifies and reports nonconforming materials or process deviations.
• Keeps a safe, clean work environment and adheres to company policies.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
