Ideal candidates will have an Associate Degree or relevant certification with 3+ years of manufacturing experience, along with a commitment to quality and precision in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing or regulated industries, preferably medical devices.
• Demonstrated ability to follow detailed instructions and document work accurately.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and optimization of manufacturing processes.
• Conduct inspections and tests on products and components.
• Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance and process changes.
• Provide technical assistance and training to operators.
