Job summary

Kelly Services in Taunton, MA is seeking assembly workers for a client. The shift runs from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with pay at $20 per hour. This role involves assembling, packaging, and performing secondary operations on high-quality medical products in a cleanroom environment.

You will read blueprints, follow GMP/ISO standards, adhere to safety guidelines, and maintain production quality. Requires 1 year of experience, ability to lift 25 lbs, and basic math skills.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in assembly/manufacturing
• Ability to comprehend work instructions, process guidelines, quality documentation, and visual workmanship
• Able to remain productive under supervision and follow verbal and written instructions
• Skilled in handling small and delicate parts
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform basic math

Responsibilities

• Conduct assembly, packaging, and secondary operation tasks
• Adhere to GMP, FDA, ISO, environmental requirements and policies
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain production quality
• Track manufacturing output and report to Floor Manager
• Follow quality instructions and job orders for assigned tasks
• Work independently or in a team environment
• Perform in-process inspections to ensure high-quality products
• Willingness to learn and adapt in changing environment
• Perform delicate and repetitive tasks with accuracy
• Use machines and hand tools as needed
• Read technical drawings/blueprints (preferred)
• Experience in cleanroom environment (preferred)
