Kelly Services is seeking an Assembly Worker in Lowell, MA to join a premier manufacturing client. The role involves assembling components, operating wafer fab equipment in a clean room, and performing precision measurements with gauges and micrometers.

Candidates should have at least 6 months in medical devices and clean room microscopy, plus strong English skills. Shifts include 1st and 2nd with varying hours; compensation is hourly ($18.00–$20.50) depending on shift.

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience in the medical device industry (required)
• 6 months of experience working in a clean room environment using a microscope (required)
• Proficient in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
• Able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 10 pounds frequently (up to 50 pounds occasionally)

Responsibilities

• Assembling components into finished goods across one or more production lines under supervision
• Operating wafer fab equipment in a clean room environment
• Manually handling wafers and small devices to load fixtures and process equipment
• Performing basic measurements and math related to tolerances and dimensions
• Conducting in-process visual inspections with or without microscopes
• Documenting work on inspection reports and traveler forms
• Performing dimensional inspections using gauges and micrometers
• Collaborating with supervisors and team leads to meet production goals
