Cleanroom Assembly Technician – $21.42/hr

Location: Devens, MA 01434
Pay: $21.42 per hour
Full-Time | Multiple Shifts Available

We are hiring Cleanroom Assembly Technicians for a medical manufacturing facility in Devens, MA. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on assembly work and wants to gain experience in a cleanroom manufacturing environment.

Cleanroom experience is preferred but not required. Candidates with manufacturing, production, assembly, medical device, or other hands-on experience are encouraged to apply.

Available Shifts

1st Shift - Monday–Thursday | 5:30 AM–4:00 PM

2nd Shift - Monday–Thursday | 3:45 PM–2:15 AM

3rd Shift - Friday–Sunday | 6:00 AM–6:30 PM

What You'll Do

Assemble single-use products used within the medical and biopharmaceutical industry

Build, clean, and package products according to established procedures and specifications

Use basic hand and measurement tools during assembly

Follow drawings, work instructions, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Inspect your work to ensure products meet quality standards

What We're Looking For

High school diploma or GED

0–2 years of manufacturing or production experience

Comfortable performing detailed, hands-on assembly work

Ability to use basic hand and measurement tools

Basic Microsoft Office familiarity

Strong attention to detail

Dependable and able to follow written procedures

Comfortable standing for up to 95% of the workday

Willing to learn and work as part of a team

Previous cleanroom experience, experience reading engineering drawings, or Lean manufacturing knowledge is a plus but not required.
