Cypress HCM is partnering with a medical device manufacturer in Lowell, MA to hire Operator Assemblers on site. The role focuses on operating manufacturing workstations, performing visual and dimensional inspections, and assisting in assembly and setup to ensure product quality.

Candidates should have a GED, at least one year in medical device manufacturing, and strong attention to detail. Fluency in English and the ability to work per GMP guidelines are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years’ experience in medical device manufacturing.
• Fluent English (read, write, speak).
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in heat, humidity, fumes, odors, dust, and noise.
• Knowledge of setting up and operating workstations.
• Ability to provide information to engineers for root-cause actions.
• Knowledge of performing visual and dimensional inspections.

Responsibilities

• Operate workstations and related systems for device fabrication.
• Perform in-process visual inspections using gauges and microscopes.
• Load components into tools and perform pre/post-weld operations.
• Set up workstations and troubleshoot within qualified operations.
• Document inspection results and traveler records.
