Qualifikationen

• 1+ years of manufacturing, production assembly, or related experience.
• Experience using microscopes to perform inspection or quality tasks.
• Demonstrated hand dexterity and fine motor skills for detailed assembly work.
• Ability to read and follow written work instructions and process docs.

Aufgaben

• Perform assembly operations ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive tasks.
• Follow visual aids, diagrams, and work instructions to complete activities.
• Prepare products and components using designated tools and equipment.
• Conduct in-process and final continuity checks to verify conformance.
• Perform quality inspections per specifications and manufacturing requirements.
• Disassemble, modify, rework, reassemble, and test prototypes as required.
• Document work clearly and follow quality and operating procedures.
