Qualifications

• Must read, write and speak English, Spanish or meet local language requirement.
• Ability to rotate in a specific assembly line or work cell.
• Dexterity and fine motor skills for repetitive assembly tasks.
• Ability to visually check work and identify proper assembly.
• Ability to follow instructions in performing repetitive tasks and stay attentive.
• Ability to work as a team member assembling sterile medical products.
• Must meet line rate expectations.

Responsibilities

• Assemble medical products on an assembly line with tasks rotating.
• Rotate through the assembly line as needed.
• Perform on-line and in-process visual inspections to ensure specs meet work orders.
• Assist Team Leader and Technicians with product and/or machine change-overs.
• Ensure assembled products meet quality standards and reject those outside specs.
• Adhere to safety standards and operate testing equipment as required.
• Work overtime as needed and perform related tasks.
