Job summary

Cretex Companies, Inc. is seeking a Production Operator Assembler for an intermediate-level role supporting complex machine operations, assembly, inspection, and secondary processes.

You will work on 2nd shift (2:00 pm–12:30 am, Mon-Thu) within a quality- and safety-driven environment, performing detailed documentation and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities include assembly, in-process quality checks, preventive maintenance, and strict adherence to ISO/cGMP

Qualifications

• 1+ years of manufacturing, assembly, machine operation, or cleanroom experience.
• Ability to read, write, and follow written instructions in English.
• Ability to read technical drawings and interpret specifications.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete detailed documentation and ensure ISO/cGMP compliance.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and suggest process enhancements.
• Cross-train and onboard new team members.
• Maintain an organized, clean work area following 5S.
• Read and follow work instructions and quality requirements.
• Support Quality System and regulatory requirements.
• Communicate issues with materials, equipment, or processes promptly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Assemble and package components and medical devices per specifications.
• Operate advanced manual and semi-automated equipment.
• Perform in-process quality checks and resolve minor issues.
