Job summary

rms Company, part of Cretex Medical, is seeking a Production Operator Assembler I at its Minnesota facility. This entry‑level role performs basic machine operation, inspection, assembly, packaging and support tasks following established procedures to produce medical device components. Shift: 2nd shift Monday-Thursday 3:45pm–1:45am.

Training on 1st shift 6am-4pm for 2–4 weeks. Responsibilities include reading work instructions, using measurement tools, maintaining 5S standards, and complying with

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read, write, and follow written instructions in English.
• Perform basic math and dexterity.
• Use basic hand tools and measurement equipment.
• Clear verbal and written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Work well in fast-paced team environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Perform visual and dimensional inspection using microscopes, gauges, calipers, or other measurement tools.
• Complete required production records and quality checks.
• Follow 5S housekeeping and maintain organized work areas.
• Crosstrain across manufacturing areas.
• Operate basic hand tools and assembly equipment.
• Label, package, and finalize products per specifications.
• Adhere to ISO/cGMP and quality system requirements.
