Job summary

Manpower, Inc. is seeking an Assembly Lead in Sandy, UT to perform hands-on mechanical assembly for medical devices. You will coordinate daily builds, ensure readiness of materials and tooling, and conduct quality inspections in alignment with SOPs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required or preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on mechanical assembly and sample builds for medical devices.
• Execute catheter coating, guidewire lubrication, chemical mixing, and sample prep activities.
• Coordinate daily build activities and ensure materials, equipment and tooling are ready.
• Conduct quality inspections and adhere to SOPs and quality requirements.
• Support Assembly personnel while communicating priorities with R&D and Engineering teams.
