Pacer Group in Sandy, UT is seeking an Assembly Lead Associate for a 12-month contract. You will perform hands-on mechanical assembly, sample builds, and testing preparation for medical devices.

You’ll support daily build planning, confirm materials and staffing, and work with R&D and engineering to mitigate risks. The role requires onsite work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with opportunities to train and guide junior assemblers.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of manufacturing or mechanical assembly experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write, interpret, and understand English specifications.
• Basic math and measurement skills; ability to use basic measurement tools.

Aufgaben

• Perform hands-on mechanical assembly and sample builds.
• Conduct quality inspections and ensure materials, equipment, tooling, and staffing are ready before builds.
• Read and interpret specifications written in English; follow SOPs and build protocols.
• Set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot assembly equipment.
• Coordinate with R&D, ISC Engineering, and supervisors to support daily build planning.
