Job summary

MillenniumSoft Inc. is seeking a Lead Assembler for a 12-month contract in Salt Lake City, UT. The role focuses on fabrication, assembly, testing, and documentation of medical device products, with leadership of assembly staff and close collaboration with engineering.

The position requires a high school diploma and 5+ years in manufacturing; preferred candidates have experience in regulated environments and strong English communication. 1st shift, 40 hours/week, in-person interviews.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and hands-on mentoring of assemblers.
• Clear communication with engineers and production teams.
• Experience in regulated manufacturing environments (medical devices preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership to assembly personnel, promoting safety, quality and accountability.
• Coordinate weekly engineering builds and ensure processes are followed and updated.
• Set up, operate and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment; document results.
• Ensure compliance with quality systems and maintain neat, inspection-ready work areas.
• Complete training and production documentation accurately; report build status and risks.
