Kelly Services is seeking a qualified 1st and 2nd shift candidate for a Medical Device Assembly role! This is a excellent opportunity with one of our clients in Irvine, CA , manufacturing cutting edge medical devices that help improve patient outcomes around the world!
1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, Monday-Friday - $21 per hour
2nd Shift: 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM, Monday-Friday - $22.50 per hour
Assemble medical device components using hand tools, fixtures, and specialized equipment
Follow detailed assembly instructions, manufacturing processes, and work procedures
Inspect and test products to ensure quality standards are met
Work with small components and precision tools
Perform assembly tasks under a microscope when required
Maintain compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory procedures
Report issues related to quality, materials, equipment, or processes
Keep workstations clean, organized, and inspection-ready
Support team members through training and knowledge sharing as needed
Manufacturing or assembly experience
Experience working in a cleanroom environment
Medical device manufacturing experience
Experience using microscopes for detailed assembly work
Familiarity with basic measuring tools such as rulers, scales, and metric measurements
Have experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment
Possess strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Are able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
Are reliable, punctual, and eager to learn new skills
