Qualifications

• At least 1 year in medical device assembly.
• Experience in a cleanroom environment.
• Proficiency with a microscope for assembly and inspection.
• Experience with catheter-based or similar medical products.
• Strong attention to detail and high-quality output.
• Willingness to follow detailed instructions and procedures.
• Reliable attendance and performance.

Responsibilities

• Assemble medical devices and catheter-based products per work instructions.
• Work in a cleanroom, following strict cleanliness and safety rules.
• Use a microscope for precise assembly, inspection, and verification.
• Assemble components across vascular, electrophysiology, and cardiovascular lines.
• Maintain focus during repetitive tasks to ensure quality.
• Document work to support testing, validation and improvements.
• Collaborate with team and R&D staff to refine new assemblies.
• Adhere to quality standards and internal procedures.
• Demonstrate reliability by meeting production expectations and schedules.
• Identify issues and communicate them to maintain workflow.
