Job summary

Aerotek is hiring Medical Device Assemblers for the 3rd shift in Carlsbad, CA. You will assemble small medical device components in a cleanroom environment, using microscopes and specialized tools.

Requirements include 1+ year manufacturing experience, microscope assembly, and familiarity with SOPs and cGMP. This is a contract-to-hire role with pay $21–$23/hr plus a 10% shift differential.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of manufacturing/production experience
• Medical device assembly experience preferred
• Microscope assembly experience required
• Cleanroom experience preferred
• Good hand dexterity and attention to detail
• Ability to follow SOPs and quality standards
• Experience with adhesives (Loctite), UV curing systems, and EFD dispensers
• Familiarity with cGMP and regulated manufacturing environments
