Katalyst CRO is seeking a Medical Device Assembly Technician to join our manufacturing team in Minnesota. The role involves assembling devices, inspecting for defects, and performing functional tests in a cleanroom environment.

The candidate should have a High School diploma or GED, 1–3 years of assembly or manufacturing experience, and basic math skills. Medical device experience is preferred, with emphasis on precision, documentation, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must have basic mechanical aptitude and ability to operate precision tools.
• Proficiency with microscopes for inspection.
• Strong manual dexterity for assembling small components.
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Assemble medical devices using hand tools.
• Inspect products for defects and ensure quality.
• Perform functional testing according to specifications.
• Maintain accurate production records and traceability.
• Clean and sanitize workstations and equipment according to procedures.
• Follow cleanroom procedures and gowning requirements.
• Support engineering builds when required.
