Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assemble components, subassemblies, and finished medical devices according to procedures and quality standards.
• Operate manufacturing tools and equipment (adhesive dispensers, UV curing equipment, braiders, tipping machines, molding equipment).
• Perform in-process inspections, measurements, and testing to ensure quality requirements are met.
• Identify and communicate defects or process issues to supervisors or engineering personnel.
• Maintain accurate manufacturing documentation and records.
• Follow SOPs, safety requirements, and quality system guidelines.
• Assist training of teammates and work independently to meet production goals.
