Job summary

Medical Murray in Lake Zurich, IL, is seeking an Assembler I to join our medical device manufacturing team. You will perform hands-on assembly of components and subassemblies in a regulated environment, following procedures and documenting results.

No prior manufacturing experience required; we value reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work under a microscope. This role offers growth, teamwork, and exposure to advanced manufacturing equipment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required.
• No prior manufacturing experience required.
• Medical device manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Experience in assembly, production, cleanroom, or manufacturing environments preferred but not required.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components, subassemblies, and finished products according to procedures.
• Perform in-process inspections to verify work accuracy.
• Operate manufacturing equipment such as glue dispensers and curing equipment.
• Use measurement tools and hand tools for assembly tasks.
• Prepare workstations and maintain production readiness.
• Complete Lot History Records and related documentation accurately.
• Identify defects and communicate concerns to leadership.
• Support cleaning activities in manufacturing areas.
• Maintain material traceability throughout the process.
• Follow quality system requirements and safety procedures.
