Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Ability to read, write, and speak English.
Basic math skills and ability to follow written work instructions.
Ability to read and interpret simple mechanical drawings and production documentation.
Ability to perform precision assembly work requiring manual dexterity and microscope use.

Responsibilities

Assemble, package, and label medical devices in accordance with manufacturing instructions and quality requirements.
Follow production schedules and work instructions to meet manufacturing goals.
Read and interpret lot history records and work instructions.
Document manufacturing activities and maintain accurate production records.
Operate within quality system requirements, including FDA regulations and international standards.
Identify manufacturing issues and communicate them to supervisors.
Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to support problem-solving and improvements.
