Job summary

Scientia Vascular in Utah is seeking motivated individuals to join our frontline manufacturing team. As a Product Builder, you will perform manual assembly of highly specialized neurovascular devices in a cleanroom, using microscopes and precision tools to ensure quality and reliability.

The role requires focus, dexterity, and a strong commitment to excellence, with shifts Monday-Thursday 5:00AM - 3:30PM, and opportunities to grow within a leading medical device company committed to patient

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• English fluency is required (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Basic reading and math.
• Ability to read and understand simple mechanical drawings.
• Prior medical device and assembly experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Follow manufacturing process instructions (MPI’s).
• Follow production schedule.
• Comply with applicable FDA and international regulatory laws and standards.
• Read drawings and Lot History Records.
• Manufacture, assemble, package, and label product according to QSR’s, MPI’s, and other applicable company procedures.
• Document work performed.
• Collaborate with engineers and managers to recognize issues and participate in problem resolution.
• Notify supervisor of issues or discrepancies.
• Works well in a team environment.
• Assists others on team.
• Able to clearly and effectively communicate with peers, engineers, and managers.
• Basic reading proficiency.
• Able to articulate and comprehend information and instructions.
• Working Conditions: sitting, standing, stairs, manual dexterity, working while looking through a microscope, hand/eye coordination, light lifting.
• Other duties as assigned with or without accommodation.
