Job summary

Penumbra, Inc. in Salt Lake City, UT is seeking a Production Builder I to perform moderately complex assembly, data recording and product testing in a cleanroom environment.

Under supervision, you will assemble medical devices per QSR/ISO13485, inspect components, set up equipment, maintain training records and follow the company's QMS and safety policies. Qualifications

• High school diploma and 1+ year clean room or medical device manufacturing experience.
• Basic math and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to read and understand English.
• Working knowledge of cGMP/QSR requirements.
• Ability to operate microscope and basic tools.

Responsibilities

• Assemble medical devices following QSR, ISO 13485 and SOPs.
• Perform in-process inspection to verify quality.
• Record lot history and component accountability.
• Set up and operate manufacturing equipment.
• Maintain cleanroom standards and housekeeping.
• Report issues and assist in resolutions.
• Complete training records and follow QMS.
