Job summary

Millenniumsoft in Durham, NC seeks a General Assembler for a 5-month contract on a W-2 basis. Shift is 1st Monday to Friday 6:00am to 2:30pm with a 40-hour workweek. Compensation ranges from $16 to $20 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–3 years of experience in electromechanical or electronic fields preferred.
• Ability to read, write, interpret and comprehend specifications in English and perform basic math calculations.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and use basic measurement tools.

Responsibilities

• Performs tasks involved in fabrication, manufacture, assembly, testing and packaging of medical devices; sets up, operates, maintains and troubleshoots equipment.
• Follows SOPs and quality guidelines.
• Demonstrates effective communication with coworkers and supervisor.
• Rotates into different tasks and responsibilities as needed.
