Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 0-1 year manufacturing/assembly experience preferred
• Ability to read, interpret, and follow written instructions and drawings
• Basic math skills and ability to perform simple calculations
• Effective communication with team members and leadership
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Flexibility to work overtime if needed

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical and electrical subassemblies using hand and power tools according to instructions
• Integrate components into larger assemblies and ensure proper fit and function
• Follow detailed drawings, diagrams, and SOPs
• Perform basic in-process inspections to verify quality
• Support testing and basic troubleshooting of assemblies
• Maintain a clean, organized work area per 5S standards
• Complete production documentation and track work performed
• Communicate issues or shortages to Team Lead or Supervisor promptly
• Participate in continuous improvement and rotate tasks as needed
