Job summary

W. L. Gore & Associates in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Divisional Manufacturing Operator for the Day Shift (4:00 AM – 2:30 PM, Monday – Thursday) to manufacture medical devices.

The role requires setup and operation of production equipment, data entry, and meticulous attention to quality in a controlled environment. Responsibilities include assembling materials per SOPs, visual inspection, and collaboration across functions to continuously improve processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of demonstrated, consistent work experience.
• Data collection, computer entry and basic math.
• Demonstrated good verbal and written communication skills.
• Maintain excellent attendance.
• Develop and maintain strong interpersonal relationships; be flexible and self-directed.
• Continuous improvement mindset.
• Excellent eye-hand coordination and fine motor skills; pass a dexterity pre-screen.
• Ability to pass visual acuity and other safety/ PPE requirements.
• Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Work in a controlled/clean-room manufacturing environment with PPE and repetitive hand assembly.
