Gore in Elkton, MD is seeking a Divisional Manufacturing Operator for the Day Shift (6:00 AM–2:30 PM, Monday–Friday) to manufacture medical devices. You will work with the manufacturing team at our Elkton facility, set up equipment, assemble materials per SOPs, and perform quality checks.

The role emphasizes accurate data entry, teamwork, and attendance. Candidates should have at least one year of experience, good communication, and the ability to follow SOPs in a clean-room environment;

We arelooking for a Divisional Manufacturing Operator to join our Medical Division. In this role, you will be working with the manufacturing team on the Day Shift from 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, Monday – Friday and manufacture medical devices.

This role will be located at our facility in Elkton, Maryland.

Pay and Benefits:

• $22.50 - $23.50 per hour
• This role is eligible for an additional $2/hour shift differential pay for evening, night, and weekend shifts (in California, the shift differential pay is $2.40/hour).

Required Qualifications

• Excellent eye-hand coordination and fine motor skills with the ability to successfully pass a dexterity pre-screen test
• Ability to pass visual acuity assessment test including 20/20 with or without corrective vision
• Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Ability to work within a controlled/clean-room manufacturing environment including but not limited to: wear required clean room garments, setupequipment, light to moderate lifting, stand or sit for long periods of time, perform hand intensive repetitive assembly of product(s), move from one manufacturing team or facility to another and perform hand assembly / visual inspection utilizing measuring equipment

This role requires pre-hire medical clearance by Gore which may include testing to assess visual acuity and/or the ability to wear specific safety equipment as required during the performance of the role.
