Job summary

W. L. Gore & Associates, Inc. is seeking a Divisional Manufacturing Operator to join the Medical Division in Phoenix, AZ on the Day Shift (4:00 AM – 2:30 PM, Monday – Thursday) to manufacture medical devices.

This on-site role requires setting up production equipment, following SOPs, data entry, and collaborating with peers to ensure quality and continuous improvement. Benefits begin on day one, with medical, dental and vision, plus an associate stock ownership plan.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of demonstrated, consistent work experience.
• Ability to perform data collection, computer entry, and basic math.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent attendance and reliability.
• Self-directed, flexible, and able to work independently.
• Commitment to continuous improvement.
• Good eye-hand coordination and fine motor skills.
• Pass dexterity pre-screen test and visual acuity (20/20).
• Ability to follow SOPs and work in a clean-room environment.

Responsibilities
