Job summary

ResourceMFG in Spencer, IN is seeking assemblers to join Boston Scientific production lines. You will assemble small medical devices, read drawings and follow strict cleanroom procedures, with bilingual English/Spanish capability helpful.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least 3 months of manufacturing experience, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Shifts are 1st or 2nd with overtime on Saturdays and competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3 months or more of manufacturing experience.
• Read and write in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Assemble small medical devices using small parts and wires.
• Raise atypical observations and notify management/quality as required.
• Identify opportunities for procedural improvements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Operate in clean room with required gowning and 5S standards.
• Complete documentation accurately to support lot release.
• Perform basic math operations as part of the assembly process.
• Other duties as assigned.
